Finding "the right" apartment in Wellington City can take a lot of time
checking through properties that will never suit. The range is quite
diverse in costs, quality, space, amenity, and location. It is more
complex than traditional housing and there are "pitfalls" with
different titles, body corporate issues, restrictions on finance, and
cashflows. I work in the City selling properties from Wellingtons

Identifying what you are after... There
are things buyers NEED, like parking, or a 2nd bedroom. Others they
WANT, like a particular location, or privacy. There are PREFERENCES,
like an outlook, or a sunny deck. Its not all 'clear cut', that what
one may want could be a necessity for another. What is important is how
you rank such items for yourself. I need a PRICE RANGE. People pay less
for their needs than they do to get the rest. Please give me a good
brief. It is often important to know the REASON for your move. When can
